SMC is a sitework and Site Preparation Contractor for residential lots in Palm Beach county. We can take care of regular site preparation tasks, or help guide you through the process with the Town of Palm Beach.

Site preparation is only part of what we do. After the initial site preparation there may be several times we have to leave the site while other trades are working. We normally return later to perform many of our other services.
